Customer called due to pot filler not working upon inspection pot filler was turned off with a ball valve under the kitchen sink. I turned the valve on and it is working as it should. Folks a pot filler should always have a shut off valve just as a faucet does or a toilet, sometimes the shut off is installed under the house. In this situation it was under the kitchen sink. Always check to make sure it’s on.
