I called mid morning on December 23rd and James said he would be out between 5:00 and 7:00. He was here by 4:00. He quickly assessed my problem and said he would get the job done that evening. He was here until almost 10:30 making sure we were in good shape. He even called the next morning to make sure everything was working as expected and to see if we needed anything. Highly, highly recommend!!!!
Very knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. Our problem was fixed within an hour or two. They even ran a camera through the pipe so we could see what was happening underground. That gave extra confidence the job was done correctly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Pipe Master offers awesome service and the best prices I could find around town. James was here earlier than our appointment was scheduled, which was a plus! He got us fixed and taken care of in less than an hour! You can't ask for better people, what a great family owned business. I will only deal with Pipe Master from now on! Highly recommend! They were great! We had a leak and being first time homeowners we had no idea what to do. My husband got in touch with them and they came out to look really fast! They were super helpful, got the job done fast, and are very nice people. I highly recommend them!
James was so great to work with. He was very professional, thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, gave me a fair estimate for the job and completed the job within the estimate cost. He called when he was on the way, arrived on time, explained when he needed to leave, and wrapped up in the afternoon. He also made me aware of an issue in my crawl space that I wasn't aware of so I can address it. I would definitely call again when I need plumbing services.
Very responsive to my request for an appointment. Was able to get an appointment within the same week for my non-emergency issue. Performed the work quickly, thoroughly explained the issue and what to watch out for related to a possible other issue, and left the work area clean.
While remodeling our bathrooms, we ran into a few plumbing snags. Our contractor recommended James and we are pleased that he did! James came out and was prompt, happy and affordable. James even helped out with a few questions & minor adjustments on the remodeling at no extra charge. He radiates kindness and that is a not something you find every day.
